Once you approve the mockup, we install commercial-grade LED lighting, keep cords as discreet as possible, and test the complete display. If something needs attention during the season, in-season maintenance is part of the service.

After the holidays, we return to take everything down, organize it, and store it for the next season. While Klix Services handles installation, take-down, and storage, the lighting products remain covered by a lifetime warranty.

The roofline, peaks, trees, bushes, railings, and other areas you want lit determine the scope. A simple roofline and a display covering the house, trees, and entry need different amounts of lighting and installation work. Your quote confirms the design, included services, and total.

What is included with Klix holiday lighting?

We plan the display with you, create a custom digital mockup, install and test commercial-grade LED lighting, provide in-season maintenance, then take down, organize, and store the lights after the season. You approve the design and quote before anything goes up.

When should I book my Christmas lights?

Contact us early in the fall so there is time to plan your display and arrange installation. Later bookings depend on the calendar. Ask us about your preferred timing and we will confirm availability with you.

What happens if a light stops working during the season?

Contact Klix at (807) 700-3555. In-season maintenance is part of our holiday-lighting service. We will assess the issue and arrange the needed attention; contact us for the current service schedule.

Do you remove and store the lights?

Yes. After the season we take down the display, organize the lights, and store them so they are ready for the next installation.

Do the lights have a lifetime warranty?

The lighting products remain covered by a lifetime warranty while Klix Services handles installation, take-down, and storage each season.

Do you light trees, bushes, and commercial properties?

Yes. We can plan trees, bushes, railings, and entries as part of your display, along with the roofline. We also design and install holiday lighting for Thunder Bay businesses and storefronts.

What is the difference between seasonal and permanent lighting?

Seasonal holiday lighting is installed for the season, then removed and stored by Klix. Celebright permanent lighting is a separate system that stays on the property year-round and uses an app to control colours and patterns. We quote the two services separately.
