Pressure matched to the surface.
We price by surface, square footage, and how heavy the buildup is. You get the number before we start the washer. Soft or damaged concrete gets a lighter pass, and we say so before we start.
For hard stains we use industry-leading chemicals that have been proven over decades of pressure washing — strong enough to lift the mark, measured so the surface stays intact.

For vinyl, we do not pressure wash vinyl siding. We do a Soft Wash, which is a completely different surface.
