At Klix we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our website or engage with our services.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Optional Website Analytics and Advertising Measurement

If you choose “Allow analytics,” we use first-party website events to understand which pages and quote steps are helpful and where visitors leave. These events may include the page path, active time, scroll depth, device category, quote step, selected service or package, upsell outcome, and whether a named field was focused, completed, or showed a validation error.

With that permission, we also use Google Tag Manager with Google Analytics and Google Ads, plus the Meta Pixel, to measure page visits, accepted quote requests, and taps on call or text buttons. These tools may receive technical request information such as your device, browser, IP address, page, and advertising identifiers under their own privacy practices. For an accepted quote request, Klix may also send a one-way SHA-256 hash of the email address and phone number you provided to Google Ads and Meta so an ad interaction can be matched to the request. Klix does this only after you choose “Allow analytics.” This advertising flow does not send your name, property address, notes, payment information, quote amount, or job revenue.

Our first-party analytics does not record what you type into name, phone, email, property-address, or notes fields. Its stored records do not include your raw IP address, raw browser user-agent, full URL query, or a recording of your visit. It uses random browser and session identifiers after you allow analytics. You can instead choose “Essential only,” and optional measurement will not run. First-party analytics records are scheduled for deletion after the approved retention period, currently planned as 90 days.

Your analytics choice does not prevent you from requesting a quote. Information you submit is still used to respond to your request and deliver it to Klix's approved customer-management systems.

If you use the optional property-address suggestions in our quote form, the address text you enter is sent securely to Google Maps Platform to return matching Canadian addresses. You can still type your address manually if suggestions are unavailable.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccuracies in your personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)
• Opt out of marketing communications
